Founder Kevin Peterson built his career over the last twenty plus years managing complex commercial construction projects where quality, safety, scheduling, budgeting, and attention to detail weren't optional—they were expected. After years of leading construction teams, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering projects on time and within budget, Kevin founded KP General Contractors to bring that same level of professionalism to residential construction.
